What Happens to My Credits?
Important: Credits Are Never Lost
| Situation | What Happens to Credits |
|---|---|
| Cancel subscription | Credits remain in your account |
| Switch to a cheaper plan | Credits remain in your account |
| Switch to a more expensive plan | Credits remain + new monthly credits added |
| Payment fails | Credits remain in your account |
| Subscription expires | Credits remain in your account |
Credits Never Expire
Whether from subscriptions or credit packs:
- All credits stay in your account until you use them
- There's no time limit on using credits
- You can return after months away and your credits will still be there
If Your Payment Fails
If a subscription payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- Your subscription status changes to "past due"
- Access the billing portal to update your payment method
- Once payment succeeds, your subscription resumes
Note
Even with a past-due subscription, your existing credits remain available.
